Gulf Air to Resume Colombo Services with Connectivity to 41 Global Destinations from 2 May 2026

Gulf Air is set to resume and enhance its operations to Colombo, with a revised flight schedule coming into effect from 2 May 2026, further strengthening Sri Lanka’s international air connectivity.

The national carrier of Bahrain will offer seamless daily connections from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) to 41 destinations across its global network. The updated schedule has been carefully structured to provide improved transit times and smoother connections via Gulf Air’s hub in Bahrain.

This enhancement is expected to benefit both business and leisure travellers by offering greater flexibility, convenience, and efficient access to key destinations across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond. The move also reinforces Colombo’s growing importance as a regional aviation gateway.

Gulf Air continues to demonstrate its commitment to the Sri Lankan market by improving connectivity and maintaining consistent service standards, ensuring passengers have access to a wider network through its Bahrain hub.

Passengers seeking further information or assistance can contact Gulf Air’s Colombo office at (+94) 117 441 431 or via email at gulfaircmb@keells.com
