The Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAA) is set to welcome a new Director General this week, following cabinet approval for the appointment, reports said.
The position has been vacant since July, when former Director General Mr. Sagara Kotaka Deniya retired. In the interim, Mr. Rehan Wanniappa has been serving as the Acting Director General of the CAA.
