Sri Lanka’s flight training sector marked a milestone as ‘Sakurai Aviation’ officially introduced its Piper Seneca III aircraft, registered 4R-WRM, into operations. The aircraft was welcomed with a traditional Pirith sermon, invoking blessings for safety and success as it joins the school’s training fleet. Based at Ratmalana Airport, the new twin-engine addition is set to enhance advanced pilot training and support the development of future Sri Lankan aviators.
