Vietnamese low-cost carrier VietJet Air will commence direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Colombo from 18 August 2026, further expanding air connectivity between Vietnam and Sri Lanka.
The new service will operate three times a week using Airbus A320 aircraft.
