Hawaiian Airlines has officially joined the oneworld alliance, marking its first entry into a major global airline alliance and significantly expanding its international reach.
The move strengthens connectivity between Hawaiʻi and key global markets, offering travelers seamless access to nearly 1,000 destinations across more than 170 countries through partner airlines. The integration is also aligned with the broader international growth strategy of Alaska Air Group.
With this development, frequent flyers of oneworld member airlines can now earn and redeem miles on Hawaiian-operated flights, while also enjoying elite status benefits across the network. The airline highlighted that it carried over 11 million passengers in 2025 and currently operates around 230 daily flights to, from, and within Hawaiʻi.
The oneworld alliance now comprises leading global carriers including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Fiji Airways, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Oman Air, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Royal Jordanian and SriLankan Airlines.
