Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), in collaboration with SriLankan Airlines, has enhanced its self-service check-in facilities with the addition of 20 new kiosks, increasing the total to 28. Passengers can now complete their check-in conveniently within 1 to 4 hours before departure.
“These new kiosks will significantly improve efficiency and passenger comfort,” said Mr. Deepal Pallegangoda, Senior Manager – Airport & Ground Services, SriLankan Airlines.
