Vietjet Opens Bookings for Colombo-Ho Chi Minh City Flights Launching on 18 August 2026

Vietjet has officially opened bookings for its new direct Colombo-Ho Chi Minh City service, which is scheduled to commence on 18 August 2026. The airline is offering special launch fares starting from US$90 one-way (all-inclusive) for Eco tickets, along with a 20% discount on Deluxe and SkyBoss base fares. The new route will operate three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, becoming the first scheduled direct air link between Sri Lanka and Vietnam and further strengthening tourism, business, and cultural ties between the two countries.
