Turkish Airlines has further strengthened its presence in Africa with the launch of flights to Port Sudan, raising its network on the continent to 63 destinations, the largest of any global carrier.
The new service will initially operate twice weekly until 29 September 2025, after which it will increase to three weekly flights, scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
With this expansion, Turkish Airlines continues to reinforce its role as a leading connector between Africa and the rest of the world, offering passengers greater accessibility, convenience, and seamless global connectivity through its Istanbul hub.
