SriLankan Airlines has unveiled a Nawam Maha Perahera-themed Airbus A321neo (4R-ANC) as part of a special international branding initiative to promote one of Sri Lanka’s most important religious and cultural festivals. The project, proposed by Venerable Dr. Kirinde Assaji Thero and fully funded by the Gangaramaya Temple and the Perahera Committee, turns the aircraft into a flying ambassador of Sri Lanka’s heritage, carrying the spirit of the Nawam Maha Perahera to destinations across the airline’s global network.
