SriLankan Airlines aims to add two aircraft by year-end and double its fleet by 2030, Chairman Sarath Clement Ganegoda revealed in an interview with CNA.
He said the airline has submitted a five-year strategic plan to the government, focusing on short-term profitability and long-term growth.
“We’re targeting improved cash flow now, with stability and expansion, including new routes, in the years ahead,” Ganegoda noted.
The plan also emphasizes building a workplace that its 6,000 employees and 900 catering staff can be proud of.
