SriLankan Airlines is set to launch a new daytime flight between Bangalore and Colombo on October 31, 2024, increasing its weekly operations between the two cities to 10 flights. Flight UL 1174 will depart Bangalore at 09:40 AM, arriving in Colombo at 11:10 AM every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, while return flight UL 1173 will leave Colombo at 07:20 AM and reach Bangalore by 08:40 AM.
This added service enhances travel flexibility for Bengalureans, offering more daytime hours in Sri Lanka for vacations or workations. SriLankan Airlines continues its daily flights on this route and operates nearly 90 flights weekly from nine Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, strengthening India-Sri Lanka connectivity.
