SriLankan Airlines has announced the cancellation of several flights to Middle Eastern destinations due to operational reasons.
Flights UL231/ UL232 between Colombo and Dubai will be cancelled on 19 and 20 March 2026. Meanwhile, services UL253/ UL254 (Colombo-Dammam), UL217/ UL218 (Colombo-Doha) and UL229/ UL230 (Colombo-Kuwait) will remain suspended until 28 March 28 2026.
Passengers are advised to check flight statuses via the airline’s official website or social media channels. Affected travelers are also encouraged to contact the Global Contact Centre or their travel agents for further assistance.
SriLankan Airlines expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and thanked passengers for their understanding.
