In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Sri Lanka Air Traffic Controllers Association organized a special high tea and interactive seminar at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel. The event brought together distinguished female air traffic controllers, pilots from SriLankan Airlines, and the Sri Lanka Air Force, who shared their career journeys, challenges, and insights. This initiative highlighted the achievements of women in aviation while fostering discussions on gender equality in the industry.
