The Sri Lanka Association of Airline Representatives (SLAAR), together with SriLankan Airlines’ Document Check Officers at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), successfully conducted a specialized training session focusing on visa procedures and the latest updates for key destinations including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Schengen countries.
The program, held at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce main auditorium, attracted a full house of travel agents and airline frontline staff. Notably, participants traveled from as far as Kurunegala and Batticaloa, underscoring the strong demand and industry relevance of the training.
The session was designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of aviation and travel professionals, equipping them to navigate complex visa processes with greater confidence and accuracy. SLAAR extended its appreciation to SriLankan Airlines for its support in making the event a success, marking another step in SLAAR’s mission to empower the industry with timely expertise.
