Red Wings Airlines is set to resume flights to Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport starting 28th October 2024, for the upcoming winter season.
These flights will bring Russian tourists from five cities across Russia to Sri Lanka, boosting tourism in the region and positioning Mattala Airport as a key gateway for international visitors.
Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia, Mr. Udayanga Weeratunga, announced the airline’s plans in a Facebook post.
