Qatar Airways has announced the appointment of Shashini Seneviratne as the new Commercial Manager for Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
With over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 7 years at Qatar Airways, Shashini brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in commercial strategy and airline sales. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Account Manager – Sales at Qatar Airways, where she played a key role in strengthening the airline’s market presence.
Notably, Shashini becomes the first female to hold this position in the region, marking a significant milestone for both the airline and the local aviation sector.
