The LOT Polish Airlines initiated charter operations from Warsaw to SriLanka.
The first direct charter flight arrived from Warsaw to BIA yesterday January 5th, 2024 with 282 passengers.
The flight was given a water cannon salute by the Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka and the passengers were given gift packs sponsored by the Tourism Sri Lanka, followed by the traditional Kandyan Dance performance.
