The Third ICAO Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) Global Summit will be held from 12–14 August 2025 at the Durban International Conference Centre in South Africa. Co-hosted by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) and the Department of Transport, the event will focus on building the future aviation workforce under the theme: “The Flight Plan for Future Aviation Talent: Innovate, Educate, Inspire.”
Bringing together global aviation leaders, educators, and youth, the summit will feature plenary sessions, a career exhibition, and a special airshow, all aimed at inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals.
Representing Sri Lanka, Founder and CEO of Aviation Voice, Dev Samarajeewa, will speak at the summit on 13 August.
