French low-cost long-haul carrier French Bee is planning to launch a new service connecting Paris, the Maldives and Sri Lanka during the Northern Winter 2026/27 season, subject to government approvals.
From 19 December 2026, the airline is scheduled to operate a twice-weekly route between Paris Orly, Malé, and Colombo using Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The service will provide a new direct link between France, the Maldives and Sri Lanka, offering additional travel options for both leisure and tourism markets.
According to the proposed schedule, operations will be reduced to one weekly flight from 10 March 2027.
