Due to severe weather conditions, all flydubai flights scheduled for departure from Dubai on April 16 have been cancelled until 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 17.
The airline said that during this period, passengers who do not have Dubai as their final destination will not be accepted for travel.
“We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update our schedule accordingly. This will allow us to restore operational continuity more efficiently and accommodate arriving flights from around the network where possible,” a flydubai spokesperson said in a statement.
The airline added that passengers who hold bookings that have been cancelled will be offered a full refund.
The adverse weather conditions have resulted in significant disruption to operations at Dubai International (DXB), which has advised travellers to check directly with their airline for the latest information on the status of their flight.
