Sri Lanka’s low-cost airline FitsAir operated its maiden flight on Dhaka-Colombo route on 17th April 2024.
Currently, Fits Air operates flights to three destinations from Colombo, including Dubai, Chennai and the Maldives.
Addition of this new route, the airline’s network will expand to four destinations, significantly contributing to the growth of travel, trade and tourism between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
