The 2nd Batch of the IATA Passenger Ground Services programme at CINEC Campus has been successfully completed, with students gaining valuable knowledge and practical exposure related to the aviation and airport industry.
Throughout the programme, participants received training in aviation and passenger ground handling operations, professional grooming, customer service excellence, communication skills, interview techniques, and industry-standard practices required for airline and airport careers.
According to the institution, the students are expected to begin their professional careers in Japan after completing the required Japanese language proficiency qualifications.
