The Belarusian air carrier Belavia will return flights to Sri Lanka to its flight program as from 27 October, the press service of the airline told BelTA.
The air carrier will operate flights on Tuesdays using a wide-body Airbus A330-200.
“Departure from Minsk is at 00:50, arrival at the Mattala airport is at 12:40. Departure from the Mattala airport is at 14:40, arrival in Minsk is at 22:10. Local time for the airports is indicated. The flight itself takes 9.5-10 hours,” Belavia said.
The press service noted that this destination is relevant both for those who appreciate active travel and those, who like to relax without haste. Sri Lanka is chosen for safaris, surfing, and an opportunity to relax among palm trees.
