IndiGo has resumed its Trichy-Jaffna flight services, restoring an important air connection between Tamil Nadu and Northern Sri Lanka.
The route provides renewed connectivity for travellers while strengthening links between communities with longstanding cultural, linguistic and historical ties.
Operating three weekly flights, the service connects Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) with Jaffna, offering greater convenience for families, tourists and other travellers between the two regions.
The resumption marks another step in reconnecting two destinations linked by generations of shared heritage and history.
