Cathay celebrated its 80th anniversary with a special “80 Years Together” performance at Taikoo Place and Hong Kong International Airport.
More than 100 performers, including 80 Cathay cabin crew, pilots and ground colleagues, joined the Hong Kong Dance Company for an eight-minute performance celebrating Cathay’s eight-decade journey alongside Hong Kong.
Choreographed by the Hong Kong Dance Company with music by composer Patrick Lui, the performance featured four chapters highlighting Cathay’s growth, its connection with Hong Kong, and its role in connecting people and places around the world.
