A Cessna Grand Caravan C208 operated by Aerodiana crashed near Nazca, Peru, on Saturday (01 August), killing all 13 people on board, including 11 passengers and two crew members.
The aircraft was operating a scheduled sightseeing flight over the UNESCO-listed Nazca Lines after departing from Pisco Airport when it reportedly lost stability and crashed into farmland near the archaeological site.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident, while emergency teams secured the crash site.
