The Civil Aviation Authority (CAASL) states that SriLankan Airlines flights to Kuwait have been temporarily suspended due to the ongoing military conflicts in the Middle East.
Its Director General, Daminda Rambukwella, mentioned that these flights have been suspended for a period of one week starting from 20 July afternoon.
He stated that this decision was reached following an analysis regarding the security and safety of the Kuwaiti airspace. (News 1st)
