Twin Otter Aircraft Arrives in Sri Lanka for Scheduled Maintenance by Ceylon Aeronautical Services (CAS)

A De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft has arrived in Koggala, Sri Lanka from Cochin International Airport (VOCI) for scheduled maintenance.
The aircraft subsequently operated via Colombo International Airport – Ratmalana before arriving at Koggala Airport (VCCK).
The maintenance programme is currently being carried out by Ceylon Aeronautical Services (CAS), a well-established Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) specializing in major overhaul work on DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft. CAS provides maintenance support to operators from the Maldives as well as the wider global aviation community.
Notably, CAS also facilitated the arrival of a Canadian-registered Cessna 208B aircraft from Indonesia to Sri Lanka last October for a comprehensive maintenance programme, highlighting its expanding regional maintenance operations.
