W.W.S. Mangala Appointed as Secretary to the Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation

Mr. W.W.S. Mangala, a Special Grade Officer of the Sri Lanka Planning Service, has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation. His extensive experience in public administration is expected to contribute significantly to the development and strategic planning of Sri Lanka’s aviation and port sectors.
